The constraint
Status reporting is written twice: once by everybody at the end of the week, and again by a manager assembling it into something readable. Both halves are remembered work rather than recorded work.
What we built
Employees log what they did as they do it, in seconds. The digest assembles itself. Roles run from employee through manager to admin, with departments, projects, goals, leave and an org-wide policy for what gets reported and when — plus analytics and an Ask AI panel over the log itself.
