The constraint
Keyword search over a transcript finds the word and misses the point. Somebody looking for where a guest changed their mind does not know which words they used to do it.
What we built
Echo transcribes each episode, splits it into searchable chunks and builds a semantic index, then answers a plain-English question by playing the second it happened. Hybrid, semantic and keyword search sit side by side. It runs locally — no API keys and no paid services.
