The constraint
Screening is reading a pile. A score without its reasoning is worse than no score, because nobody can tell a good candidate ruled out by a bad heuristic from one who genuinely did not fit.
What we built
Point HireOS at a Drive folder, a OneDrive folder or a mail folder — or drop CVs in — and it reads PDF, DOC, DOCX and Google Docs, then scores each applicant across five weighted dimensions, each with the sentences that produced it. Hard filters rule people out before they cost anything to score. Interview transcripts become an evidence-backed scorecard that lands on the candidate's record next to their CV score.
