The constraint

With 100s of inbound/outbound files daily via SFTP, some were missing or delayed with no visibility until problems surfaced downstream as client escalations and revenue loss.

What we built

Built a Python-based file watcher dashboard for the SFTP server that evaluates incoming files, detects missing ones, and displays status on a multi-dashboard web portal with visuals and insights.
